Air conditioning
\n<\/strong>Each air conditioner is set to AUTO by default with the square symbol in the top left corner. If not, press the MODE button to change it. The air conditioner is now set to automatically heat or cool. Then set the temperature with the plus and minus button. Each room is heated or cooled within 10 minutes. The air-conditioning can stay off as long as no one is in the room.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tip: Set the temperature to 21 degrees while sleeping and select the WHISPER mode. Keep pressing the fan button until the face with ear appears. With the air conditioning on whisper mode, the room remains silently warm or cool.<\/p>\n

Please turn off air conditioners when leaving the villa. Excessive energy consumption will unfortunately have to be passed on.<\/p>\n

Safe<\/strong>
\nOur safe comes with a key for your convenience and security.<\/p>\n

Reading Lights<\/strong>
\nEach bedroom is equipped with reading lights. Press the touch button on top of the lamp to turn it on. Press it again for more light. Each room has a charging cable in case the battery needs to be recharged. If these are no longer present, the lights can be charged very easily with an iPhone or Samsung charger. Don’t forget to turn off the lamp after use.<\/p>\n

Pellet Heater
\n<\/strong>Open the flap on top of the stove and press the on\/off button for 3 seconds. The pellet grains are loaded and the flame is ignited. This may take a few minutes. The stove is preset to 21 degrees Celsius. When the temperature rises above 21 degrees, the stove will shut off. If the temperature drops below 21 degrees, the stove will turn back on. Remember to switch the stove off after use as well. This can again be done by pressing the on\/off button for 3 seconds. Enjoy the warm glow.<\/p>\n

Note: After use, please remove the ash with a vacuum cleaner for optimal combustion.<\/p>\n

Dishwasher<\/strong>
\nThe villa has two dishwashers. Select program and press start. The brush appears and the machine is ready for use.
\nTip: If the above does not work, press and hold the ON\/OFF button for 4 seconds to reset the machine.<\/p>\n

Oven
\n<\/strong>Turn the left knob to the desired symbol and set the number of degrees with the second knob. Then press the second button below the display to switch on the oven. You can set the time with the plus and minus buttons next to it. To stop the alarm, press the first button. To reset the set time, press the second and third button at the same time. When several devices have to work hard at the same time in the house, the plugs can fall out. The fuse box can be found in the Master Bedroom.<\/p>\n

Pool & Garden
\n<\/strong>Every week, the pool will be cleaned and checked to make sure the water is safe and everything is working properly. This helps keep the pool clean and ready for use. At the same time, the garden will be taken care of, including pruning plants, sweeping the area, and doing general maintenance. This way, the garden stays looking nice and inviting for everyone to enjoy.<\/p>\n

Lightning\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThe garden and pool lighting switch on automatically from 7:00 pm to 2:00 am; the solar-powered wall lights at the entrance, stairs and upper terrace come on at dusk, and if one doesn\u2019t come on, press and hold the white button for 3 seconds to reset.<\/p>\n

Entertainment
\n<\/strong>The villa is equipped with a foldable table tennis table, 2 inflatable SUP boards, a skateboard, and padel rackets.<\/p>\n

Beach Cala llonga<\/strong>
\nFrom the house take the first road up on the left and immediately right. This is the fastest and most beautiful walking route to the beach.<\/p>\n

Intersection<\/strong>
\nPlease note: When approaching the house by car, traffic from the right (downhill) has priority. When driving away, pay attention to the stop sign.<\/p>\n

Supermarket<\/strong>
\nThe Spar supermarket Del Mar in the village is an 8-minute walk away and has a lovely terrace with a sea view for a coffee at the exit. Open from 8.00 am \u2013 9.30 pm. On Sundays and in the low season, go to Spar or Eroski in St Eularia.<\/p>\n

Barbecue<\/strong>
\nDue to the risk of fire, it is forbidden to make open fire on the entire island from May to October.<\/p>\n
