A villa with all the necessities and conveniences
The Villa offers sleeping accommodation for 7 people, while the Studio has space for 2 people. Both accommodations can be booked separately or together. Casa Local is therefore perfectly suitable for two families, with room for 9 people in total, and offers plenty of space and privacy.
The Mediterranean garden has a lovely sun terrace and cooling shaded areas, with a beautiful view of the green hills of the village. Here you will find a large daybed, four luxurious sunbeds and a heated swimming pool, so you can fully enjoy yourself.
Thanks to its central location and the beach just a 5-minute walk away, it is a pleasure to stay here. The village has two supermarkets and several cozy restaurants.
Interior design
The Villa is tastefully decorated with a blend of Ibicenco and Bohemian influences. The living room features a comfortable and spacious modular lounge sofa, and an expansive open kitchen, always the coziest place in the house. With the stove, it’s also delightful to stay even on colder days.
And the house has much more to offer, from the fully equipped open kitchen with Double Dishwashers and a generous kitchen island where you can enjoy dining and socializing, to the adjacent terrace with a long dining table and views of the Mediterranean garden.
Casa Local, formerly a garden restaurant, boasts a beautiful outdoor kitchen with an authentic grill. It’s more than pleasant to relax by the outdoor fireplace.
Bathrooms and bedrooms
The three bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom, featuring a king-size double bed, a private shower, and bath, offers a beautiful view of the garden and the hills. The second bedroom also has a king-size double bed, while the third bedroom features a spacious bunk bed and a single bed.
Furthermore, it’s possible to configure the king-size double beds as two separate single beds. All the beds, including the bunk bed, have generous dimensions of 2.10 meters in length. The beds and the Egyptian cotton bedding are of premium hotel quality from the brand Douxe.
